The "Aha Moment"

December 2016---I resolved to spend less “digital time” (in front of a TV or computer screen) before bedtime and invest into reading for personal and professional development. Providing excellent customer service has always been a top priority for me, so I borrowed dozens of top-rated books from our library to learn more. During my reading, I realized that so many of the key principles for exceptional customer service were ideals that I had used for many years. I also discovered that industry leaders like Amazon, American Express, Disney, Nordstrom, Ritz-Carlton and Southwest Airlines, to name a few, modeled and rewarded the same values. That’s when I had a “light bulb moment!”


What if I could share with people and businesses these customer service keys in an easy-to-use, personalized approach?
